New version of BBC Listen Again

The BBC now use the BBC iPlayer for listening again to radio programmes. Because of this, as Bu-cket has already found out, old versions of the BBC Listen Again program no longer work. However, you can download a new version from the Webbie website at:

www.webbie.org.uk

On this page, simply click on the "download now" button to download the webbie installer program, and then run the downloaded installer.

When you click the download now button, you should get a "File download" dialog box. Rather than save the file, it's probably easier to press the button just to the left of the save button in this dialog. I think that in windows xp it's labelled "run", but it might be "open". When you do this, the webbie installer opens, and you can just keep on pressing the Enter key to accept all the defaults. After the installation, the listen again program will be on the "accessible and webbie" sub-menu on the programs menu. Let me know if this works!

Thanks Tiger for your comments on my query, I had not thought of going into the sub menu! so thanks as it has done the trick. I had heard on radio 4 something about changes to accessible, so once again my thanks

Are you still having problems? How do you manage to listen to two stations at once? - I'm no good at this multi-tasking buisiness.
