On Safari
It is possible that if I go on safari! I might come across a Tiger! (obviously ) one that speaks English Or of course any other enlightened plainsman. The query is that a panel comes on the screen saying . (this action is only valid for products that are currently installed . So I can get listen again but not from the desktop icon. So I hope someone can clear the undergrowth away! Bye for now Bu-cket

Please don't shoot! Your desktop shortcut is probably out of date and points to an old version that no longer exists. First delete the shortcut. Then go to listen again on the start menu, instead of left clicking it, right click to bring up its shortcut menu, move to the send to sub menu, and choose Desktop (create shortcut). There should now be a shortcut on the desktop. If you want to rename it, click it once to select it, press F2, type in a name, and then press enter.
If there's a problem with this, let me know - I'm using a computer with Vista on it, and I'm just assuming that windows XP is roughly the same.

Ah Ha! You need not have worried as I only use blanks, Many thanks for your suggestions they worked ! and the new shortcut is installed and in running mode. I shall keep your imfo for another time as this has happened before. I did have to try about three times as the wording was slightly different. ( I don't know why some of the words are jumping lines)
