Summer Shutdown
Most members will now know that the Monday morning group at Henshaws is suspended for the summer while the building is being refurbished and we will try to contact anyone who may not know.
We don't have a date for the reopening in September but will let everyone know when we do.
Zoomers will be the best way of staying in touch with everyone for the next two months so please keep posting!

Hi Folks I was going to ask about the Monday Zoomers as this morning I rang the base! To say that with one thing and another Iwould not be there.
To take up space and for practise typing here are one or two reasons why I was not coming in today! I was going to help in partington Church gardens but that was called off, because of the rain!!
and the other I had not had time since last night to check out the buses!! (after all this typing the computeris steaming!.

It is a good job that we have this way of communicating. It was a little tramatic the other Monday, what with the rain pouring down and then to be told that we could not go into the building. From the information that I had we should have had another two weeks befoore work started. Will keep intouch.Capt Ken.

Can pressing the wrong key ever be considered the right course of action? Could it be defended in a court of law? A timely topic for the Moral Maze? I for one, am completely out of my depth here.

I think that we all lost our keys on the 2nd July.
But all keys were created equal and I would like to introduce the huh! key. It sits on the left of the exclamation mark and above the tab key. It is not an apostrophe - I think it means huh! that is; I disagree but I don't want to argue.
Next week I would like to discuss the 'What, I was miles away , can you repeat that' key
